whataremybenefits.com was started by Grant Nixon an Insurance Broker in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. He wanted to be able to provide a service that his competitors weren't able to provide and came up with the idea of whataremybenefits.

When other brokers in the area heard of the website, they too were interested in providing whataremybenefits to their clients. When we started adding other brokers to the system we found that it was necessary to make the website dynamic so the broker would be able to manage his clients without having to contact us to make the changes.

Now the broker is able to upload forms to the server, customize colors and logos for the client, create and maintain the experience reports, and maintain the Service History. Also, the broker is able to add/modify/delete all benefit plan summaries, rates, and contact information. The Insurance Broker is also able to maintain his contact list and create a demonstration of whataremybenefits that is customized for the broker specifically.

Thus, this incarnation of whataremybenfits came into existence. We currently have brokers from all over the US.
